In honor of Super Bowl Sunday, I have created a list of 25 SUPER songs.  Give them a listen and let us know which three of these are your favorites.  I have intentionally excluded Rush and Genesis songs with the word Super in them.

Here is a link to Supermann from Krokofant on Amazon.  https://www.amazon.com/Supermann/dp/B00ILVBR1Q" rel="nofollow - Krokofant by Krokofant on Amazon Music - Amazon.com    I couldn't find this song on YouTube, so hopefully this will work for anyone who is curious to check it out.

'Super Bad' - James Brown     Anyway, SF got knocked out in the previous game so I will probably pass on this one.

I'm partial to Sunshine Superman too.

Camel.

. . . and my Eagles didn't let me down. They snatched defeat from the jaws of victory (again). Ouch

Welcome to the middle of the film.

As a neutral observer, I thought that it was a great game.  I did find myself rooting for the Chiefs, but neither team is a favorite or least favorite for me so I'm just glad that it was a good game.

I ended up watching most of it after all, and yes, it was a very good game

Not interested in the Super Bowl at all, but this is an excellent playlist indeed!
I'll vote for three favourites out of those tracks I hadn't known before, that is Diablo Swing Orchestra, Oceansize, and Taal. Out of those I knew it'd be Karda Estra, Camel, and Radiohead (or PM's Gong).

Kudos on the variety in the list. Quite a few I had heard before and I won't discount ones I knew as I sometimes do. If you ever do a Rugby special (which was my high school's game) consider "The Carpet Crawlers", and other assorted rugs, be they Persian, toupees, Magic Carpet Rides...

My triumphant and dynamic superfriends' trio are Gong's, Radiohead's, and since Camel's has so many votes already, Mr. Sirius's.

Not implying it should be listed, but when I saw the theme, Laurie Anderson's "O Superman" was the first to come to my mind.

I know someone at PA who really, really loathes Anderson's "O Superman", but I love it. It's one of the most important songs to me that I heard when young (I loved it when I was 12 and I still do, and The whole Big Science album). And a nod to a super band almost Supertwister and little Twisted Sister, Supersister.

Watching while most appreciating a sunset in the moment need not diminish all the glorious sunsets I have observed before. It can be much like that with music for me.

This was my Saturday morning playlist and I must say that I spent some good listening time - I skipped through only a couple of tracks. Thanks for compiling it! I especially enjoyed Amplifier, Black Bonzo, Carptree, Niacin, Radiohead and Taal. I already knew the latter two; from the remaining four I'll vote for Amplifier, Black Bonzo, and Niacin.

I did miss this song.  I don't have her categorized as prog, so when going through my list, I skipped over her.  It probably would have been a good edition.  Embarrassed

Good to see that many of the songs got at least one vote.  Not surprised that Camel got the most votes.  They have quite the appeal here on PA.
