Sad news indeed; a cracking keyboard player and a key part of what made Brand X such a fun, brilliantly sharp band Live as well as in the studio. I knew he lived in the West Country, not far from where i am. He will be sorely missed RIP Robin.

Hi,

When Brand X played in SF in 1999, it was a sad shell of its original folks, and it was not very good, in my book. It felt lacking, and the strong musicianship that Percy and Robin had helped with, not to mention PC, was missing, and sadly it left just the guitar seemingly soloing by itself.

Robin will be missed for his wonderful listing of work.

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!
