I don't know if this issue has been mentioned before or not, my search didn't reveal anything. I am suggesting that it would be a good idea to develop a PDA (either Palm or Windows CE or both) edition of the progarchives. There can be a web version of Progarchives which is optimized for view on PDAs and also a mini version of it that can be used offline on PDAs that can use a web service to synchronize its database with the Progarchives database. I know this development is huge and costs a lot of money, but the offline version can be sold with various price schemes to compensate for those costs.
