 Some info from the press-release:

"It was in the Victorian era that most of our modern-day Christmas traditions were first established, partly through the influence of Queen Victoria and Charles Dickens. This album takes the listener through a late-Victorian Christmas, beginning with the advent calendar, and progressing through to New Year’s Day. This is a middle-class Christmas – the family can afford the latest Christmas accoutrements and expensive presents – but below them in the social hierarchy is a world of grinding poverty, in which Christmas could hardly be celebrated at all. Nevertheless, like all Christmases this one ends on an optimistic note – the Christmas message is indeed a universal one".

There'll be 10 compositions with a total length of 64 minutes. From the musical standpoint, that should apply to those who enamoured the previous LGL records.  Wink
