I've been thinking about this for a while. The Jazz Rock/Fusion subgenre description on this site states the following:

Quote Only the most progressive of nu jazz, jazz-rock and fusion artists are listed on Progarchives
Which confuses me more and more, the more I think about it.

What does "progressive" mean? Is it really the one true final deciding factor for something to be included in the database? And... if that criteria applies to Jazz Fusion? Why the heck does it NOT apply to a ton of cookie cutter 'anything but the most progressive' Prog Metal Neo-Prog formations? Double standards? 😁
