You won't believe this, but I remember this poll has been done before on the forum! Nevertheless, apples are my pick. Oranges are pretentious and overrated, so bright and look-at-me, look-at-me orange. Gross! Apples are sweet and tasty, and they have much more variety. They are totally prog!

Apples have much more substance to them than an orange does. People keep saying that but where is it? I ran a search on apples and this is the only one that came up. If it is using a different metaphor then obviously we need a poll to compare that metaphor to the apples and oranges metaphor.

OK. Apples were very prog to start with. I mean there was even a concept album about apples and serpents, copied by the first chapter of the Bible.
