Before to launch his career in the commercial New Age genre, Deuter made a short exploration in Krautrock. "D" is the result of this approach. Made in 1971, this album

I have to say this album is one of my favourites, as well! I was fortunate enough to find a cheap LP copy on sale some years back; I think the people in that record shop didn't realise what great music was inside, or one of the staff would certainly hav

This is one artiste I just heard about ... in fact looking through the database at www.krautrockgroup.com it sounds like Deuter is the most important omission from our site ...

A friend of mine who is into krautrock told me that Aum, the second Deuter album is also very good.

it can eventually be an interesting addition for the first explorations in transcendental-psych "weird" folk...but we just need to be careful concerning the post-Aum era, very dubious "new age"...I would like to go for it, only if a partial discography is tolerate.
