One of the first rock all- girls band The Feminine Complex: Livin' Love (Rev-Ola) Back in 1968 the ladies of the Complex fashioned and sang the tunes but for their sole LP session hands took care of the licks. Too bad really coz I think this would have been more interesting with the band themselves playing. By all accounts they had the chops too. It's a pretty mellow affair mostly though and fans of sunshine and easy should find it a chilled listen. (22 tracks. 64:55 playing time.)
Musically it's a blend of garage rock and psychedelic pop -------------
