Both were released in 1973 and are about the evil we found around us in our society. Metamorfosi used the poem of Dante Alighieri, Jumbo put their stories in our modern and concrete society. Metamorfosi is an excellent keyboard orientated band a la Le Orme and ELP, Jumbo is an equally excellent band using more acoustic instruments a la Jethro Tull. Which is you favourite one?

METAMORFOSI's Inferno is one of the best Italian prog albums ever made!!! I voted for them. JUMBO's Vietato Ai Minori Di 18 Anni is also very good but not at the same level. |

I can't believe nobody but me voted for Vietato. Jumbo is the best Italian group after Picchio Dal Pozzo
Metamorfosi's records haven't aged well at all! ------------- let's just stay above the moral melee prefer the sink to the gutter keep our sand-castle virtues content to be a doer as well as a thinker, prefer lifting our pen rather than un-sheath our sword |

 only because because my RPI radar is a bit rusty...make it two... Vietato is nearing the top 5 of my RPI favorite list... Inferno was a great album.. but didn't hold it together for me after the stellar Introduzione ..
