Because people fail to accept that they are a progressive rock band and not a non-existant "emo" band. It's very, very annoying. They shold be here. ------------- I'm so prog, I clap in 9/8 |

The album is pure prog....... Progressive metal (shortened to prog, or prog metal when differentiating from progressive rock) is a heavy brand of progressive rock which is characterized by the use of complex compositional structures, odd time signatures, and other features. If that doesn't apply to this album then I'm a Spice Girls fan. If you're gonna give them a try you should listen to The Willing Well. I comes in four parts and it's about half an hour long. If I didn't know better I'd say the guitar solo in part 4 was Dave Gilmour. EDIT : sorry for putting this in the wrong place. | They are definately a Prog band, I don't see how you could compare them to the normal "punk" and "emo" bands out there... they are so unique and different it's amazing. |

I have to confess to only hearing Good Apollo but having had it on repeat for about a month it leads me to this conclusion..........Anyone who says this album is not prog has not heard it, or doesn't understand what prog is. ------------- If you don't want to come down......don't go up!!! |
