How do you get "Prog folk specialist" or "Kraut Rock Specialist"???

That's all the post count dependent ones. After that there is Prog Reviewer and Special Collaborator, which are awarded.

Additional levels are not a priority just now. mailto:M@x - M@x is very busy on other things.
 
The FAQ's thread (at the top of each forum section) has information how how to become a Prog Reviewer. Special Collaborator.
