Jake E Lee for his lead guitar work on the 'Bark at the Moon' album. Did Wylde play on the 'Ultimate Sin' album? or was that JEL too?? Rhodes was a great guitarist. His sound was more original than any of the guitarists that followed him in Ozzys band (IMO) but is there any evidence he was actually any 'better'? ------------- Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy! |

Ultimate Sin was Jake E. Lee. Jake wins for "Killer of Giants" alone, IMO. I like Wylde, but I haven't heard anything from him that's knocked me out with its originality. ------------- Pure Brilliance:

I would have definitely said Randy Rhoads,that man had huge talent. Not long before his death he said that he was becoming disenchanted with rock and metal and wanted to pursue a career in classical guitar.How cool would that have been? Out of your choices I pick Jake E. Lee,Wylde never impressed me much. I think Brad Gillis should have stayed onboard myself,his guitar work on the Speak of the Devil live album(all Sabbath material) was killer. -------------  |

Speak of the devil really rocked! Wasn´t Brad Gillis from Night Ranger Originally?
I think Jake E Lee´s best work was on Bark at the moon, the song Journey to the center of the universe is amazing!
I remember when No rest for the wicked came out, it just lacked something.
