 I was just listening to Dungen's second album Ta det lugnt, and I swear that if this had been pitched to me as a lost Proto-Prog classic from 1969, I would be completely fooled. But can you really be Proto-Prog after the fact? -------------

It's a brilliant album - and, at a push, Prog-related.
Neo-psychedelia possibly? A bit too composed perhaps. I think it should be in the archives - good call! ------------- The important thing is not to stop questioning. |

It's all the more startling when you realise it's all one guy.
He plays every instrument on the album, and still manages to make it
sound like a band playing together, albeit somewhat shambolically. Being Swedish, I unfortunately have to live with the fact that the lyrics range from middling to utterly awful, but that shouldn't be a concern for English-speakers. Anyone know if the other albums are as good as this? -------------
