who was the drummer in college for Fagan and Becker just previous to forming the band Steely Dan?

Yes it was, BTW Chevy Chase played also drums in the Boston based Psychedelic band 'Chamaeleon Church'!

Chevy left to make millions and Steely Dan went on the make millions. What did those guys have in their elixir?
