As the Velvet crew know I have gotten well and truly into White Willow's music since I saw them live. So I'm interested in any other bands out there that sound anything like them. This goes for both their early and current style of music.

Well, I don't have an album of theirs, but I've heard some stuff (I have their debut on order).  It's more symphonic I'd say (less folky), but they have the female vocalist, but what I like about them, is the use of a more metally, heavier sounding guitar.  So more like SS era.

Do they not have a sample up?

I own Ignus Faatus and one of the bands I can draw comparison is Mostly Autumn. Their album "The Last Bright Light" is a gem. So soft and beautiful.Thumbs Up
