I just stumbled upon these guys while looking at one of those "listmania" lists on amazon.com. I decided to download their first album on the Vertigo label, "Seasons"(1970), and was somewhat impressed. Very folkish stuff here. Some really beautiful songs, and I partcularly liked the 22 minute song "Seasons", which is a neat piece that starts at winter, and goes all the way to the next winter (nifty poetry included). Anyone else aware/a fan of this group?

Yes i like them very much, Songs from Wasties orchard, Seasons and Lord Of The ages are my favourite albums, I also like the live album In Concert.

BTW Seasons was their second album, the first was self titled, but also called Times Of Change, good album also.

Most of their albums are good, but the best period was with Glenn Stuart at vocals, an amazingly beautifull voice.

I just added them under prog-related, so they are on the site now (though I haven't finished adding the albums by far)

I knew about their self-titled debut, what I was getting at is how "Seasons" was their first album with the infamous Vertigo label.

That's awesome how they are now part of the archives!! I was quite surprised to not see them here when I first searched for them a few days ago.

There's an excellent double CD now available which has 4 of their albums on it.
