Days ago I've received a private message from progger evenless, aka Martijn Martens from the Netherlands.
He asked me of an obscure contemporary italian prog band "Nosound" and added also the info below:
NOSOUND “Sol "Sol 29" is the debut album from Giancarlo Erra’s NOSOUND project. A collection of introspective songs and ambitious instrumentals positioned midway between organic early 1970s Progressive experiments and contemporary Post-Rock influences that occasionally recalls the work of SIGUR ROS, PINK FLOYD, PORCUPINE TREE and NO-MAN. The reason NOSOUND should be added is clear. This is prog music to the bone from Official website: http://www.nosound.net/ - http://www.nosound.net DISCOGRAPHY : "Sol 29" is their debut album and therefore their best. They have also released a PROMO CD-R (2004) and a DVD-R “The World is Outside”. He also told me he already asked for the inclusion. Does some other italian progger colleague knows them?

Just gave the Lightdark sample a listen and it's very interesting, I'm currently listening to other samples, they seem to be a very good band and definitely one to keep an eye on. They really should be here. |

Having given the samples a listen I'm going to be buying their debut album and possibly the DVD as soon as possible. I think that fans of early PT, No-Man and post rock could find a lot to enjoy in Nosound's music.  |

^^^ I wholeheartly agree. Sol29 is a beautiful album. We're working on their addition, but we've been a little slow in additions since one of our team members, Bilek, is having some problems with his computer connection. It'll most likely be added sooner or later after Eetu and Bilek come to a desicion. What we need after our choice has been made is a biography. Any takers?
