Recently I've fallen in love with Pardo Pond I really like them alot. I especially like the spaceness of them, it just creates a sort of natural high ,you know? I also like the distortion of it all, at first it was annoying but after awhile I just wanted more and more, the basicly got me hookedLOL
So I was wondering if there are more bands like them. Big%20smile

You know any??

btw, if you haven't checked Bardo Pond out, be sure to do so. they're really great

Thanks

Another Bardo Pond fan here. I love their sound and people how haven't heard them should at least listen to the samples here in PA or forget about that and dive straight into Lapsed. Big%20smile

For bands similar to them check out their side-projects. From what I remember there are 2 of them here in PA (500mg being one and Hash Jar Tempo being the other) You can check their other side-projects here: http://www.importantrecords.com/ - http://www.importantrecords.com/

EDIT:
You can also check out Comets on Fire's Blue Cathedral. The album has similar sounds although a bit more stoner rock-ish.

Anael, have you heard of Baikal? Its a fairly new side project. You can check out some samples and some more info here: http://www.importantrecords.com/releases/imprec119_release_page.htm - http://www.importantrecords.com/releases/imprec119_release_page.htm

Pretty good, although I still haven't digested it completely.
