They are great live... Mariusz does a terrific job with his voice. The music sounds much more aggressive live tough. Some songs "I Believe) have different, heavier arrangements and MAriusz likes to add in the odd emotional scream...
And this time, opposed to the last time I saw them in a Club here in Szczecin, they play on an awesome stage. The Spandau Zitadelle looks very cool and stylish.

Damn   my friends today I'm so sad
Into Eternity are one of my fav bands, I literally consumed their albums, especially TSOA. The same with Redemption.. The fullness of time was a masterpiece and so is The origins of ruin... And finally Dream Theater: 'nuff said.
Why can't they tour Europe with the same bands supporting the US tours?
I can't believe I can't see one of those show. I'm sad. -------------

No, Symphony X will be the "special guest" (AKA opening band) on the second european tour only - currently the dates i have specified. it is still TBA who will be DT's opening act in Newcastle. |

I would've preferred Riverside over Symphony X for the autumn European dates but I do like Symphony X too so I'm not too bothered...doubt they'll play the Odyssey or the Divine Wings of Tragedy though. Aren't these b*****ds coming to Florida, or at least someplace south? I really could turn into an anti-DT fanboy if they choose to ignore me just when I finally am ready to go see them......
Roger Waters in May, Rush in June.... I already have the tickets..  ...But what's the point if I don't get to see The Dream? Guess these b*****ds want me to spend money, lots of money in a ticket to a northern city and then in a hotel room.... I'm just waiting....-------------

Well, my crap bad luck is this - I can't get UK tickets.... So which Europe one will I go to where Riverside will also be at... Hmm, France is seeming like a good choice. Now to convince a few mates... This could be an interesting year! Also, some more opening acts confirmed...
