i think their music have more prog elements than 'decemberists', 'muse' or even 'led zeppelin'

Arcade Fire is a really good band, but they're not Prog at all. If you've listened extensively to Led Zep, Muse or The Decemberists you'll find that all are more Prog than Arcade Fire. Anyway, like I said, AF are a very good band.
