Hi everyone, hope we have had an awsome crimbo and new year!!!!!!!

I did but my new year hasn't got off to the greatest of starts. My band Equinox are losing our lead singer friday and are now in to process of hunting around for a new singer so I thought this would be the best place to come an advertise the fact as we are a prog rock band.

So if there is anyone on here from the SE London, Bexley and Kent area who knows of someone or is a singer and wants to join a prog rock band then either reply to this topic, PM me on here or send us a message on our myspace: http://www.myspace.com/equinox17 - www.myspace.com/equinox17

We would be more than happy to try you out.

Warren

Good luck Warren!

Perhaps you could give a bit more info about the style of prog the band play and the type of singer you are looking for? (I see you have a website link)

We just need someone who can sing and carry a tune. We are a Heavy Prog Rock Band that at times fall into the Prog-metal camp. We try and incorperate as many differnt styles as possible for example we had a song that was basically a flamenco track then went on to our big 16min opus 'Medusa' that has hints of floyd, tool, mars volta, funk, rock and also useing 'Home comming'  as an example this track is an out and out heavy rock track with proggy leanings but all are very sing along.

Ben was a baritone as am I but his voice is better than mine. So a baritone would be good but anyone with a good power metal scream or wale would be more than welcome to.

We have some tracks on our myspace so go check them out.

I hope this helps everyone.
