In the 70's after his hit song "If you really love me", it seems that Stevie Wonder used more keyboards in his music and had some epic songs but...is he eligible for being a Progger?

I think that would be stretching things too far.
 
He is a highly gifted musician, and his songs have been covered by an array of artists listed here, but he is a hero of soul music.

One of the true geniuses of modern music, but not even remotely prog. I don't really see the basis for your suggestion. Use of keyboards alone isn't enough and in what way are his songs "epic"?
