Are there any guidelines or suggestions what type of video clips are best to be added to PA for a particular artist?

Are there any technical specifics regarding decent video and sound quality (for instance not to include poor and amateurish cell phone shots), or do we prefer actual live footage of the band/artist or any sort of artistic video expression is accepted?

Talk to Jody (TheProgtologist). He's responsible for maintaining videos.

I hope he will post his opinion on this thread and hopefully come up with some general guidelines...
