Wow that trailer gave me chills...

The new album is gonna be great I think, I've been waiting for it a long time.  The Seaweed Farm says that Lasse Hoile is making a documentary of the same name which should be good as well.  Anyone else catch Mikael Akerfeldt at 1:11?

I'll bet he has been holding back some good material that just didn't fit with his current projects.  Should be sweet.  Hopefully better the FOABP, which let me down after the monsters IA and DW.

One shouldn't have suicidal tendencies when watching this trailer... Otherwise it seems great, I'm looking forward to hearing it Sleepy

There's a lot of very talented musicians on this album, the news of more SW solo albums is nice too. By the way the 4 x 10"vinyl special edition is still available according to the insurgentes website, I find that surprising as usually in a SW related limited release it's the vinyl that sells out first.

another update - copied from the website:

vinyl edition sold out

The deluxe vinyl edition of Insurgentes is sold out, which means that both deluxe versions of the album are now gone.  For those that did order a copy the special editions will start shipping later this week, but please be patient while we get them all out to you.

In the meantime the retail edition on KScope is now confirmed to be a double disc set, with a stereo CD and a surround sound DVDA of the 10 track album.  This will be released worldwide in February.

I ordered both, one is supposed to be a gift, but now I don't know which one to give up.
