If this hasn't been added already. This was one of the first post-rock bands in the 90s. They have a strong math and krautrock influence with very hypnotic melodies and sometimes vocals. My favourite post-rock at the moment...

Belated, but two members of the Post Rock team voted yes for this quite some time ago on http://progfreak.com/home/progarchives.xhtml?path=pr%2Fall&block=1 - their chart   (years ago perhaps).

Here is a myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/gangersouthofcaspian - http://www.myspace.com/gangersouthofcaspian
And the official site: http://www.ganger.co.uk/ - ganger.co.uk/

The listed influenced in myspace are: Can, Neu!, Kraftwerk, Sonic Youth, Robert Wyatt, U-ziq, Slayer, Charles Mingus, NoMeansNo, Don Caballero, Tortoise, Refused, Will Haven, Butterfly Child, Ui, Mark Eitzel, Captain Beefheart, American Music Club, Aphex Twin, Andrew Hill, early Alice Cooper, Squarepusher, Orbital, Polvo, Talk Talk and more, for sure.

Certainly sounds like it would be a good addition to me.

Sorry for the late response but thanks for the suggestion. I'm having a listen now.
