What's the name of the synthesizer that Tony Banks uses that produces a very deep bass sound? It's very dominant and effective is songs such as " Can Utility & the Coastliners, Duchess, and Entangled"
If I were to say it, I would go "buooooooaaaaaooooooummm!!!!!!!"

It's also dramatically used in this Second Home By The Sea vid.

I haven't listened to those songs in a while, but when I saw them in concert about 75 the huge bass sound came Rutherford's Moog Taurus synth-bass pedals, they shook the building.

^ yes it very well could simply be his bass pedals, I checked some of the songs you mention but my Genesis remasters mostly have the inadequate info the original LPs had

Tony Banks didn't use synths until Selling England by the Pound, Easy Money is right when he mentions the Moog Taurus bass pedals.
