After almost a year and a half with Farpoint, guitarist/keyboardist Sam Sanders has announced his departure from the band due to time constraints. Sam remains a close friend of the band and it is likely that he will still be involved to some extent with the next Farpoint album as a songwriter and possibly as an instrumentalist. Farpoint would like to take this opportunity to thank Sam for his friendship and contributions, and wishes him all the best in the future.

Following Sam's departure, Farpoint is pleased to announce the addition of guitarist Dave Auerbach to the lineup. Dave is a long time friend of the band, having played in a cover band with Kevin in the past as well as sitting in with Farpoint occasionally. We look forward to Dave's contributions to the band's future live shows and recordings.
