I thought it was going to read "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter". So I'll go along with it. No, I can't believe it's not butter because it tastes just so... Buttery. One of my favorite drummers vs. one of my (former) favorite drummers, but hasn't done anything mindblowing for his bands' last two albums. Peart it is. -------------

I believe Portnoy has a triple bass set...so Peart even though he isn't my favorite. I mean their sets are so huge you could attach drum sticks to you and through yourself around and come up with some interesting beats and fills

Neil Peart. He's more varied and plays with more 'persomality' Portnoy is technically superb, but he sounds interchangable with most 'above average' heavy metal/prog metal drummers to me. |
