Really good band which I just happened to click on a review of at a non-Prog music website that I don't frequent (NME) without knowing anything about their style of music, and so was very pleasantly surprised when I checked myspace. Sort of psychedelic Eastern European (Bulgraian/Balkan) folk with post-rock/ post-punk qualities. Iceland does have a terrific music scene.  They've toured with Animal Collective which I had thought was in the archives.

Love 'em!  I wonder if the guy who taped that second video was passed out drunk on the floor though LOL

Let's see what Ken and Hugues have to say.

LOL And thanks (incidentally, I'm preparing for a trip in six days to East Asia, and will be gone for more than three weeks, so who knows when I'd get the chance to prepare the addition if approved -- though I'm pretty bad about such things as is).

Intriguing, I've pigeonholed them as world fusion/Eastern European sub-division for the most part, like Farmer's Weekly. Indeed both bands came up in the Jazz Rock Fusion group discussions recently.

You guys are more than welcome to move them to JR/F if you feel that's a better fit.  My main interest was in getting them added. Smile
