I'm going to see Chicago-based post-rock act Russian Circles tonight in Memphis, TN ...I have yet to see them live & am quite new to the band. Here's a link to their myspace page for those of you who don't know them as yet:

Awesome! They're one of my favourite contemporary bands. I envy you. What was the ticket price?

They're here either tomorrow or Thursday. I don't think I'm going to be able to see them but I love their music. If you're a guitarist you're in for a treat because the guy is a master of using loops to create huge soundscapes. Enjoy!!!

Im going to see them saturday night in Lawrence, Kansas, it will be my second time. Very epic live band!

only $12, but their set was a mere 45 min ...I guess you get what you pay for Ermm

the soudscapes were intoxicating (then again that could've been the bubbleberry) ...the guitarist was good, but the drummer was great! very innovative style Clap
