Not to knock the poll capability of this site but sometimes I find the polls to be made up of ridiculous choices. And not pointing any fingers and I admit I may have launched some myself. As I pose this poll question I am still pondering what I would choose... ------------- Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

I'd go with different...that way, if you clearly don't like one of the types you're already closer to picking the other(s).

Easier I suppose if they are different. (Eg: The Yes Album VS Octavarium) But funner, if they're kind-of similar or released the same year or some kind of similarity. (Eg: Drama VS Duke) |

Generally I'd say different, but it can depend on the poll question.
