With a line-up that features Opeth, Saga, Mastadon, Fates Warning, Magnum, Pendragon, BigElf and 25 more yet unannounced acts I might as well start packing for yet another trip to Sölvesborg!

I've mailed them a couple of times, asking for a seperate day all the bands with progressive tendencies, as I'd rather not spend four days and my hard-earned money, together with smelly hillbillies that actually think "Europe" is the best band ever.

Isn't that like missing the point of a festival? Eventually everyone gets drunk and start singing Schlager tunes around the camping area! LOL

LOL I can't wait, I love the whole festival vibe, I don't care who's playing in the main, as long as there are a few bands I really love. I'm dead excited, my first time to see Opeth, and as it's about a hundred years since I last saw G'n'R that'll be great fun too!

YAY!!!

Sweden Rock is a truly spectacular festival that I had the privilege of visiting on five separate occasions. This festival is important to me because it's where I discovered a lot of great music like A.C.T, Magnum, Within Temptation, Napalm Death, Freak Kitchen, Sonata Arctica, Ministry, Porcupine Tree, Queensryche, Coheed & Cambria, The Tubes ... and now also Pendragon! Clap
