Check out my band, Methonia, which plays progressive metal (as the title says).

The style is hard to define but we like to incorporate technical aspects as well as brutality, groove and melodic elements into our music. At the moment we are shifting towards a more brutal style with more screams and growls and heavier riffing while still retaining the progressive elements and clean vocal melodies as well.

Are you interested in getting Methonia added to PA? I see you have two EPs out ( Downloading now from your myspace). I will add you to the Progressive Metal Chart for evaluation if you are interested?

Actually its more like 4 EPs but two of them were only digitally released

Thanks a lot. I'm sure you will like our new material as well. We are writing new songs at the moments, and have 3 entirely completed ones, and a LOT of new ideas which we just need to structure a bit. Don't know when we will hit the studio to record some sh*t, but hopefully in a not too distant future.
