Ryo Okumoto is a Japanese keyboardist/organist famous from American symphonic prog rock band Spock's Beard. However he also recorded several solo albums:

His best album is "Coming Through". He shows lots of jazz-rock, symphonic and other prog rock influences ther. Lots of Hammond, mellotron, piano and Moog show offs.

He is an american citizen ,but was born In Osaka - Japan - so is a japanese by origins. Anyway this guy fits to eclectic I guess more then to jazz. remains to see where is included.

I think Eclectic is better decision. He has some jazz fusion elements, but besides he has more different music, so JRF isn't a best label, I think.

Snobb is right, to eclect is ok, I will alert eclectic team, if no one already did
