In Morpheus' Arms is a young German Progressive Metal-band, quite dark, with female vocalist. The self-financed Debut-Album "Distrust the Mantra" (professionally recorded and mixed by Christian "Moschus" Moos of Everon and mastered by Eroc) was released in 2009. Band-Info: Words like waterdrops. A frail fly in the ear becomes a swarm Pouring into the mind akin to a storm. Brute drift floods every single thought. _________________________________ In Morpheus' Arms is a Progressive Metal band from Duisburg (Germany). The 5 musicians have been playing together since 2004 and merge technical Prog with brute Metal and atmospheric sounds. End of 2007 they won the Youth Rock Contest which is the biggest Newcomer Bandcontest in Duisburg and played a series of gigs amongst others the regional established Freefall Festival in Moers and the Park-Kult-Tour Festival in Duisburg. They recorded their debut album "Distrust The Mantra" at the Spacelab Studio of Christian "Moschus" Moos (Everon) in August 2008. Nothing has gone wrong, just keep in mind we've got circa - 380 to 400 bands to evaluate... therefore there is not guarantee of a quick evaluation. Nonetheless, I shall have a listen now. |
