Inspired by a recent poll entitled Mirage (about the Camel album), a not very creative poll from a not a very creative mind (in fact, I can remember Schulze's Mirage and Camel's going up against each-other before).
I only have four of these albums: Klause Schulze's, Aranis', The Muffins', and Camel's Mirage. But I'd like to hear Bobby Hutcherson's (big fan of his Cirrus -- what a great album that is) and I'd like to hear the jazz-funk of Mussolini's (never knew Mussolini was such a funky cat). Been a while since I last listened to any Meat Puppets. It seems that that Solstice is not in PA even though it's a Camel influenced band.
I will vote for Klaus Schulze's Mirage.
If you've heard at least two of the albums, then feel free to vote for an album. Thanks.

I'll cast my vote for the Muffins this time. I still need to hear the Aranis though.

I really like that Muffins album. I didn't like that Aranis album as much as the group's first two, but it's definitely grown on me.

Who knew that there were so many albums called Mirage? Since I've only the Camel album and parts of the Klaus Schulze album, I'm not voting.

Sure I love the Camel album but that choice is so obvious, I've got to go with "other" and the song by Jean-Luc Ponty on Enigmatic Ocean. Pure funk-jazz-fusion-pornmusic-awesomeness!

Neat, I was thinking so much about albums named Mirage that I didn't think about tracks. Good one. My other choice would be Area's "Mirage" off Caution Radiation Area.

Voted for other. I know it's a song title, not an album title, but I must mention it. In fact, it's one of my favourites in the entire genre!

Good track, but this "Mirage" trumps it for me:

Camel's Mirage is one of the best prog moments, IMHO.

Klaus Schulze's Mirage is sublime
