Giant Step is an American singing band from Indonesia. Their most popular album was Giant On The Move which was made in 1976. They have a good sound to them with some crafty organ and time frame switches. I'd called 'em Symphonic Prog definitely.

here's the link to prognotfrog's page for their album

Sounds interesting, I'll pass it to the Heavy Prog Team (Symph Prog it isn't).

Can't find these guys on progfreak, and David (Atavachron) was on the Heavy team back then, so presumably the band was checked out. The team had a spell back in 2010 when they were somewhat under pressure though. Maybe the suggestion got lost in the pile...? Someone with access to the collab zone will need to look into this one for you. Smile

They were lost in the infinite folds of the first heavy prog thread (a new one was made when the first got lengthy). This was when David and Colin didn't use progfreak. They were cleared mid-2010, so if a bio is written, I can add them.
