I stumbled across these guys on Youtube, of all places.  Great early English dark prog-jazz.  Picked up their debut - it's very impressive, if somewhat indicative of 1970.

Check out a track:

They do sound like early, bluesy jazz-rock a la Colosseum; I'll alert the Jazz-Rock/Fusion team first, though I'm not sure 100% they'll accept it. Great find!

Edit: here's another sample:

I think that they deserves to be in PA, i thought thar they already was.

The Tapestry Of Delights:
From Birmingham, this act evolved out of the remnants of Bakerloo and were heralded by their management as the follow-up to Black Sabbath. Their album, like most releases on this label, has become a minor collectable and is a Van der Graaf Generator-style progressive, housed in an odd gatefold sleeve. The vocalist is strongly influenced by Family's Roger Chapman whilst their music is strong, pleasant, jazz rock.

I was just reading Vernon Joynson's book Tapestry of Delights and found this band HANNIBAL that for some reason was soon forgotten after Lozlan suggested them 2½ years ago.
So, without hearing (or even thinking it's up to my taste anyway) I guess it belongs either to Heavy Prog or JR/F.

Looks as if it was rejected by JR/F in November 2010.
