Dear members,

Over the past couple of weeks, we have found out that certain members are taking pride and joy in creating fake forum accounts to mess with polls. This is not only against the rules (having multiple accounts is not allowed), bit also a nuisance for members actually trying to get serious information about prog through these polls.

We have now disabled, until further notice, the possibility for Newbie members to create polls as well as voting in existing ones. This may be a bit inconvenient for well willing new members, but we saw no other way.

Meanwhile, we will continue to track down and deal with those who violated the forum rules in this manner.
