Hi, Jacq.
Welcome aboard! Hug

Now I'm checking your YouTube video "In Search Of Forever".

Clap

The beginning has something poppy, freaky with frequently changeable beats and ... the middle part, my love, is flood of dreamy psychedelic flavour ... a good one! Smile

Now that there is an officially released album available the band are eligible to be evaluated for inclusion in the archives. Due to the apparent lack of sufficient listening material on line at the moment (unfortunately only short excerpts appear to be available apart from one YouTube vid), full samples would need to provided of a good selection of (& ideally all) the10 tracks on the album so that the appropriate sub genre team could carry out this evaluation. The guy who looks after the  http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_topics.asp?FID=1" rel="nofollow - Suggest New Bands and Artists  forum where prospective new additions are usually discussed is http://www.progarchives.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=29363" rel="nofollow - Andy Webb .
Just for starters, here is the first track off the album, called 'Spirit Guide':

There are lots more videos which have been uploaded to YouTube by Steve Gresswell, co-composer and keyboard player with Coalition - not from this particular album, unfortunately, but many being in a similar style. You can find them all here: http://www.youtube.com/user/Gressy1955?feature=watch" rel="nofollow - http://www.youtube.com/user/Gressy1955?feature=watch . Of particular interest is an ongoing project (concept album) that Steve has at the moment with guitarist David Mark Pearce, called "Story of the Gods". There are a couple of extracts from this included in the 'Gressy1955' collection of music to which the above link will take you.
Check them out! Thumbs Up

More info about Coalition here: http://www.facebook.com/CoalitionProg" rel="nofollow - http://www.facebook.com/CoalitionProg  or the revebnation link given in the o.p. (now with hyperlink included) http://www.reverbnation.com/stevegresswell" rel="nofollow - http://www.reverbnation.com/stevegresswell . There is also a myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/coalitionrocksuk" rel="nofollow - http://www.myspace.com/coalitionrocksuk , but it doesn't look to be very much used these days, and only has two excerpts from the album (one of just under 3 minutes, and the other about 3 and a half minutes) to listen to.
