Of the three primary characters. Are you a Kirk fancier? A Spock aficionado? Or do visits to sickbay make you all melty inside? Remember, we are ignoring the JJ Abrams lensflare-fest. My vote goes to Kirk. Now, Bones was not my original fav, but Karl Urban's portrial in the new Star Trek movie was the highlight for me. Some brilliant acting.
