Well, there doesn't seem to be one... so I made one! I am a big fan of Mr. Lucassen- I think he's one of the great genii of prog, along with Devin Townsend (a real hero of mine, by the way). While Star One lacks the conceptual goodness of Ayreon, it makes up for it in the form of its signature space-metal. A good band to rock out to when I want something rockin' and Arjen, but less dense than Ayreon.

I've just tried out the new album, and it rocks. I prefer it to Space Metal, which didn't grip me as such, but I've nearly listened to Victims from start to finish. So, anyone like some Star One?

Their newest is pretty decent. Thumbs Up

But my favorite release by this project is their live album. Great stuff.

Very good in despite the high influence, almost same, Deep Purple sound.
