A band that sounded like If,Gentle Gyant,Gryphon,It's a Beautiful Day and Colosseum should be on PA.

To post links, you only need to copy and paste the URL. I haven't found any sample on the internet, so if you know where samples can be found, please post them here.

So I found the album and some online samples. Sounds good, there is a lot of progressive music (though not that much for 1972). The prog stuff sounds like Colosseum and has a pastoral flute reminding of Jethro Tull, and they also sound like Comus a bit, especially with the violin leads. The non-prog stuff is blues/funk/soul based. Very, very jazzy at times.

I'll ask the Eclectic Prog team to evaluate the suggestion. Thumbs Up

Thanks for the links!Wink

They are definetely prog oriented.I to hear some Tull and Comus in their sound.

What is most surprising is that they sounded a lot more Brit than American, let alone Boston.

Please have them on PA!

Add East Of Eden as a reference.

Post protoprog on Cotillion label. Easy to find back in the day.
