I've listen a lot of neoprogressive, but nobody has been original like these two band.

I've listened to a lot of Clepsydra, La tullipe Noire, Pendragon, IQ, Arena, Knight Area, Mindgames, Skeem, Collage, but even some new wave band like Tears for fears and Spandau Ballet

Aragon and Twelth Night, maybe are on the edge between the new wave of the '80 and neoprog, but i love so much the synths of the '80 that nobody has given that emotion of these two bands (EXCEPT MARILLION)

Well, you've listed quite a lot of the best neo. I would recommend Magenta, Satellite, Arena, Collage, Gazpacho, and Pallas, to add to your list.

Also, as I do on every post of this kind, I would recommend you listen to Hogarth era marillion, rather than just the Fish neo era.

Hogarth era marillion. NO!!!!!! For me Marillion died in 1989 Cry

Arena not like for Metal influences and not pleasant atmosphere.
