Both albums are my favourite, both bands have a honorable place in my collection. Both somewhat shadowed by Prog Giants, but still excellent gems. So, whom to decide for? That´s a dilemma, at least for me.

Nektar!!! I like them very much! Also, because of Opeth (the track Nectar from Morningrise is influenced by Nektar)!

I never put the two together on cassette, but it would make for an interesting combo.

A Tab In The Ocean is an album that I'd rate *****, rounded up a bit. Splendid album that helped me get into prog.
Moving Waves I'd rate ***, nowhere near the awesomeness from Hamburger Concerto.

I'd like to give Focus the lead, but I don't know Nektar's album. No vote.

I haven't listened to these two in a rather long time, maybe I should and get back to this :)

Both superb, long-time favourites of mine too, from waaay back. I 'travelled' more often and further with Nektar, so there's my vote.

I love both, but after listening to Nektar, it got very boring for me, so I think Focus. But I love both albums by bits!
