Hey,

Come take a look at our band, Overhead. It's a progressive rock band influenced by Pink Floyd, Genesis, Harmonium, Dream Theather. We have demos of the rough mix of our first album called The Village. We're from Montreal Canada and are seeking for a label.

Thanks for watching and sharing.

This is going to cause confusion with the http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=651" rel="nofollow - Finnish band of the same name .
I'll check your music later, though.

''The Thamesmen''? What does that mean?

Nice to hear some good music from here :)
I really like the first song of the demos "Land of Hope" and for some reason all the demos made me think about Pink Floyd's Obscured by the Clouds. Slippery Case is like a Quebecish Astronomy Domine, huh? ;-)

Anyways, looks great BUT doesn't really sounds so progressive to my ears....

Cheers!

Thanks for the comment, you're right though, the demos of the rough mix makes them sound more pop than prog. It's a prog album that has some pop songs. Even for the songs that are more prog, we selected the cachyest parts to increase our chances to get signed, for example Slippery Case is a 15 min ''heavy prog'' song, but Jack in the other hand is a 3:30 min pop song.
