Fading Records proudly presents / è orgogliosa di presentare:

Sanhedrin “Ever After”

Sanhedrin is an Israeli band known at the beginning, particularly in their country, for being Camel cover’s band. Yet after a short while the group started to write and compose original materials of their own. Sanhedrin are clearly influenced by the most important classic rock band of the past, such as Gentle Giant, King Crimson, Genesis, VDGG, Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull. Nonetheless they can produce a really original music that could reminds bands like Asia Minor and Anglagard. A colourful palette, evocative moods, sophisticated and skillful rock passages, are just some examples of this Ever After, a cd that will surely astonish the prog aficionados.

After the great success of Ciccada, Fading Records proudly presents a high-quality symph-prog album!

SANHEDRIN Ever After FAD-002 Fading Records Out in February!

References: Genesis, Gentle Giant, Asia Minor, Anglagard, King Crimson

This band has been blowing me away since I heard them recently. Listen to their songs on YouTube to get an idea. Listen to the song " http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kge3THkTskY&feature=related" rel="nofollow - Dark Age " first and then " http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XOUCWO6v_9A&feature=related" rel="nofollow - Il Tredici " second, " http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aREyNI6H2g8&feature=related" rel="nofollow - Steam " and so on.

These guys should REALLY be on ProgArchives. They play instrumental symphonic progressive rock of the highest order. Finely crafted songs. Ranging from Anglagard, Genesis, Anekdoten, Pink Floyd, Porcupine Tree, Camel, Jethro Tull and so on. Great Hammond Organ, guitar and flute based prog!

I was looking forward to their album on AltrOck's sister label for some time now, ever since hearing their music. Looking forward to the album (should be getting it soon).

They were added yesterday and I for sure will post my review within the next 7 days, barring one of my usual accidents at home.
