Well, it sounds quite proggish and he calls it Progressive Rock himself, so I'd say it's prog. A little too electronic for my tastes, but still good.

Is there anywhere where we can find full samples? The only longer sample I could hear is the extract from Space Odyssey (with an awful sound quality).

EDIT: here it is - http://www.myspace.com/ericvalley_symphonia/videos/extrait-de-space-odyssey/105580297" rel="nofollow - http://www.myspace.com/ericvalley_symphonia/videos/extrait-de-space-odyssey/105580297

And the YT sample I didn't notice:

Sounds like Prog-Metal, I'll notify the PMT.

Good candidate for Crossover IMO, has some Prog Metal, but mostly some sort of ambient and electronic.

I don't hear much prog in this at all. Easy listening at best, unchallenging, cloyingly sweet. I don't hear any of the pop references I'd expect from a crossover prog act either

Edit: sounds more like a failed attempt at symphonic prog to me. Very poor, but symphonic nonetheless.

More that Symphonic it's a blend of Ambient, Electronic and New Age IMO.
