Our Grandpa of Ambient Music, Brian Eno, released a new album, Drums Between The Bells, in collaboration with poet Rick Holland:

Eno has been signed to Warp Records for a while; the same label that releases Aphex Twin, Autechre and other wacky stuff - and this one is glitchy delight too!Big smile

Some purists will frown away; probably the same ones who dismissed Radiohead for shifting from rock to electronica.Cool

Check it out, it's quite...errr...just check it out!

Personally, I wouldn't mind if contemporary pop music shifts in more-or-less this direction.

Sounds like Kraftwerk, from the samples.

Sounds like awesome, from the samples.

Is it likely that he will tour? Because I haven't heard about him touring at all in a while

I'm starting to think there was an announcement about him not touring ever that I missed
