If it makes any difference to the PMT (and I know it rarely does) we just added them on MMA

Ehm, why should it make any difference? MMA is a metal site, PA a prog site.
As to these Black Sea guys, they seem to have what it takes for PA, will add them to our charts for evaluation.

You didn't do anything bad, no need to be sorry.

The prog metal teams systematically adds all the bands they clear, regardless if someone offers help or not, so at some point they will be added (but only after the bands that are ahead of them in the list of future additions).
